The CEO compares this to Netflix and Spotify in their early days in building their subscriber base.

The business model lies in building a subscriber base which includes the 89% of the movie goers (200 million people) that go to 4 to 5 movies a year spending say 60 dollars and now will spend 120 dollars per year as subscribers watching more movies.
